What should be reported
Havemoon welcomes reports of factual errors, outdated regulatory details, incorrect calculations, broken source links, ambiguous wording, or examples that may be mistaken for universal advice.
Review process
- The reported statement is compared with the cited source, publication context, and any current primary authority.
- The scope and practical impact of the issue are assessed.
- Confirmed errors are corrected in the article, related tools, and linked resources where applicable.
- The page update date is changed when the correction materially affects meaning or buyer action.
Correction notes
Minor spelling, formatting, or broken-link repairs may be made without a public note. Material corrections—such as a wrong responsibility, formula, effective date, or compliance statement—will be summarized on the affected page or in a dated correction log.
Submitting a correction
Send correction reports tocontact@havemoon.com. A useful report includes the page URL, quoted statement, reason it may be wrong, and an authoritative source where available. Supplier marketing material alone may not be sufficient to change a regulatory claim.
Broken links and reproducible website defects can also be reported through thepublic issue tracker. Do not include personal or confidential information in a public issue.
