The real order timeline begins when the required information and commercial conditions are complete, then follows materials, tooling, approvals, production, inspection, rework, packing, and the freight booking cutoff.
A reliable schedule shows dependencies and evidence. A single promise such as “30 days” does not reveal when the clock starts, what can stop it, or whether the date means production complete, inspection ready, packed, cargo ready, or shipped.
Define the date you actually need
